FAVORITO SB V *25/03/2019 is an exceptionally beautiful, well-proportioned and baroque PRE gelding stallion look, chocolate bay, very sweet and well ridden to a high level. He grew up in the fields of his breeder and has therefore always been a sociable horse, started in a snaffle at the breeder’s yard, he developed into a balanced, people-oriented and kind-hearted partner. As a young horse, he was started carefully and age-appropriately by his breeder, learning the basics under saddle in a snaffle bridle and enjoying his first hacks in the countryside. Over the years, he has received continuous professional training and has now reached an impressive level of education. His training follows the principles of classical dressage and already includes half pass in walk, trot and canter, flying changes up to strokes of three, pirouettes, passage, expressive extended trots, smooth transitions and an exceptionally comfortable, light canter. The Spanish Walk is also part of his repertoire. In addition, Favorito received further training in Working Equitation with the German Vice Champion in the discipline. He confidently works with the garrocha, crosses bridges, handles small jumps without hesitation and approaches new challenges with courage, willingness and a positive attitude. One of his greatest qualities is his rideability. Favorito responds beautifully to body language, seat and voice aids, making him extremely easy and enjoyable to ride without becoming overly sensitive or tense. He offers a wonderful combination of responsiveness, reliability and comfort.

Outside the arena, he is equally impressive. He is experienced with traffic, beach rides, hacking alone or in groups and is even ridden bareback on occasion. He remains calm, trustworthy and confident in all situations. His natural intelligence, strong instincts and deep trust in humans have been carefully preserved throughout his training. Favorito is maintained and cared for with great love and dedication. He is a true gentleman in every sense of the word, kind, polite and uncomplicated. The perfect “ladies’ horse” and a partner who brings joy every single day.

His sire, Galante LX, is a striking dun stallion (see photo) descending from prestigious colour-breeding lines. His dam, Favorita CCXX, represents the traditional PRE type, known for strength, endurance and an exceptionally kind temperament.
