Description

Torero Villamor * 27/04/2022 is a beautiful baroque PRE stallion of the old traditional type, bred by Yeguada Villamor in Valladolid. At the age of two, Torero came directly from his breeder to his current owner together with several other colts of the same age, allowing him to develop at his own pace. He was started under saddle at the beginning of 2026 and has been in regular training since then. In the arena, Torero is ridden in all three basic gaits in a snaffle. He is also hacking out and has experience along roads and in traffic. He therefore already offers a very useful and versatile foundation for his future training. Torero beautifully represents the classical, baroque PRE type. He is a pleasant size with a strong neck and a substantial, solid build. His conformation also makes him a good weight carrier.

His sire, Lebrero Caracol, is a son of the Calificado stallion Kalahari-Azores, who is appreciated for passing on correct morphology, good temperament and athletic ability. His dam, Escribana XXVI, bred by La Troyeta, descends from established bloodlines including Yeguada Militar, Lovera, Escalera and Miura. Torero’s pedigree therefore features renowned ancestors such as Juquetón IV (Lovera), Gento (Yeguada Militar) and Vinatero III (Miura).

Torero Villamor is an attractive young PRE for enthusiasts of the traditional, powerful Spanish type who are looking for a solid and versatile stallion to continue developing. His baroque appearance, substantial build and interesting classical bloodlines make him a particularly appealing representative of the breed.
