Bordador SIF * 07/03/2022 is an athletic, tall PRE stallion with expressive, elastic movement and an outstanding attitude towards work. Friendly, attentive and easily bonding, he combines excellent character with beautiful potential for dressage. His training has been developed carefully according to his age. He is confidently ridden in the basic gaits and has begun work on lateral movements, including simple travers. In addition, he is regularly trained from the ground, where he performs the Spanish Walk and is being introduced to the first steps of piaffe. His training follows the principles of classical horsemanship with patience and sensitivity. He is eager to learn, highly motivated and genuinely enjoys working with his rider. His willingness, intelligence and cooperative nature make him a rewarding horse to train for the future. His excellent temperament is also the result of his natural upbringing. He spent his early years living in a herd on the spacious pastures of the breeder’s stud farm, allowing him to develop both physically and mentally in a healthy, natural environment. As a result, he is socially confident, well-balanced and easy to handle.
His sire, Alfajor Torreluna, is a son of the renowned Yaco de Torreluna https://youtu.be/55hoK93pgJ0?si=Lt62KhOsDASyR9cp, a stallion officially recognized by ANCCE as a dressage improver (Green Ribbon) and awarded the approval Mejorante and Calificado. Yaco de Torreluna is by Yaco II, a stallion from the famous Marín García dressage lines. Like many larger PRE horses, Bordador is a late developer.
