Description

PHARAON PEÑALBA *01/05/2019  is a strongly built, purebred PSL Lusitano stallion, registered in the Portuguese Lusitano Studbook. He was trained by a professional rider whom we know well and achieved an impressive 4th place at a European Championship at just five years of age. Pharaon is exceptionally easy to ride, calm and reliable, giving his rider a wonderful sense of confidence. He responds to subtle aids, is forgiving of rider mistakes and always tries to understand what is being asked of him. He remains attentive, willing and motivated without becoming demanding. His training is at an impressive level and includes half pass in walk, trot and canter, flying changes, canter pirouettes and piaffe. The training is well established and surprisingly easy to perform. According to his trainer, Pharaon is so kind and reliable that even children can ride him, despite his advanced level of training.

He also enjoys hacking out alone or in company, remains calm in traffic and behaves impeccably around other horses, including mares.

Pharaon combines advanced dressage training with an exceptionally kind temperament and outstanding rideability. A versatile Lusitano stallion for riders who wish to enjoy sophisticated dressage movements while also appreciating a safe, relaxed and enjoyable riding experience.
