Those of you who need sport activities won’t be disappointed, and will find great mountain biking with miles and miles of interesting trails and terrain.
Whether you are an advanced rider or whether you haven’t been in the saddle for quite a while, we can tailor the equestrian schedule to fit your needs. On our well-schooled and even-tempered horses, you can re-discover your love of the riding sport safely in a calm environment. Advanced riders who are looking to improve their skills and hoping for some fine-tuning, or experienced riders who would like to give classic dressage a try, or improve your skills, will be thrilled about the opportunities we offer. In addition to practising your dressage skills in our large dressage arena, with individual instruction, you also have the option of discovering our fantastic hills, on horseback, on extended guided hacks.
Yoga & Riding
Riding and yoga complement each other wonderfully. In yoga you can relax and stretch your body as needed or strengthen specific muscle groups. Your nervous system is stimulated, making it easier to consciously control tension and relaxation. The yoga classes are suitable for beginners and advanced students alike. The small group size allows an individual approach to the needs of each person. The classes take place in our hotel, in a wonderful ambience, on one of our shady terraces or, depending on the weather, on the sunny terrace next to the pool. The yoga classes can be booked with all the riding packages as well as individually.
